The National Wedding Show 2013

Welcome to my edit of the finest in show from the National Wedding Fair!

With my camera & notepad in tow, I joined forces with the masses of excited brides exploring & meeting all the wonderful providers & product on show. There were catwalks to attend, expert wedding advise sessions, champagne to sample & lots of lovely tasters from the wedding favour and cake stands, yum!

The show featured hundreds of unique products & wedding vendors, making it a tough pick, so I do hope you enjoy my edit of best in show.

Sweetheart necklines, lace and Grecian styling stood out as the strongest trends on the catwalk, accessorised with vintage feel bouquets & hair styled in a variety of up-dos.

My Little Wedding Book’s Wedding Show Tips:

*Do invite your bridesmaids and Mum along, an honest opinion & extra hands makes for a lighter load!

*Have your to do list to hand & questions you need to ask, then walk swiftly around the whole show to get an idea of the scale of it, mark stands that catch your eye, grab a coffee and start checking off your to do list

*Take your budget breakdown with you, so you don’t book a provider on a whim that will break the piggy bank.

*Take confidence in negotiating, most show providers offer a discount for booking at the show

*If you want to buy your dress, wear a strapless bra and take heels you will wear on the day or will be of similar height

*Have Fun, this is a fab day out, watch the catwalk show & finish the day with a glass of bubbly with the girls
